We are a Branch of the Ministry of Arts and Culture.

The Company was founded by Troy Muhammad and Sultan Ray X in 2003.Due to the fact that we are Revolutionary Thinkers and lovers of Arts and Culture.
We understand the power of its influence and so,we have been commissioned by the Millions More Movement in 2005 to help organize the Ministry Of Arts and Culture in the western region and eventually the globe. Therefore we founded a company called Open Eyes Productions Inc.Our company promotes accountability and responsibility of the artists,writers,journalist and entertainers to use there God given talents to the upliftment of the masses of  people and the indigenious around the globe  .We will make strides in obtaining greater control over the means of production and distibution of our immense talent and creative genious.
